1. Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given away, sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
2. This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

4. If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller, unconditionally.
5. Seller agrees to provide pedigree and registration papers for this cat upon completion of full payment made to seller by purchaser, if cat is a breeder/show. If this is a pet, registration papers will be given after buyer
proves cat has been spayed or neutered. Purchaser agrees to castrate or spay this cat, between the ages
of three and six months.

7. If this cat is purchased as a breeder male, purchaser agrees that when finished using this cat for breeding,
he is to be neutered and not re-sold, given, loaned or leased to another party. This cat is to be neutered
before leaving the purchasers residence. _______
8. Purchaser must have the cattery name, Purreciouspots, listed on their website, or in any other type of
advertising, using said cats name.
9. If this cat is purchased as a breeder female, when purchaser is finished using this
female as a breeder, she is to be spayed and not re-sold, given, loaned or leased to
another party as a breeder. This cat is to be spayed before leaving purchasers
residence. We do not guarantee, to replace a female for pyometria. __________
10. If this cat is sold as a breeding animal, male or female, it is to be offered back to the seller before
spaying or neutering.
11. This cat is not guaranteed against cosmetic faults, i.e. tail fault or lockets. A
cosmetic fault does not preclude the cat from being bred, as it is not a health issue.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
This cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is guaranteed for a period of 4 days from time of purchase (arrival) if vet-checked within that time. It is recommended that the new cat/kitten be in quarantine during this time. If it is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the seller immediately. Sellers cannot be held responsible for any illness or injury associated with stress or mismanagement by the airlines shipping the animal to its destination. The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired and/or if it has been exposed to another cat which has not been currently tested for FeLV and FIP. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is a kitten to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. If a cat/kitten dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death. No cash refunds. This cat/kitten will be replaced one time only with another cat/kitten, of equal value if found to have a pre-existing medical condition. Purchaser understands that at no time, will there be a monetary refund, of any of the kitten/cat’s purchase price. All veterinary fees, are the responsibility of the Purchaser. All costs and shipping fees, will be the responsibility of the purchaser for replacement kitten. If no replacement kitten is available at that time, seller will have one year to furnish satisfactory replacement.
This cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects up to the age of two years. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of congenital defect, the cat will be replaced, one time only if a licensed veterinarian performs an appropriate autopsy, and a veterinarian certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat/kitten of comparable quality and value, as available and as stated above. This kitten/cat must be tested between 8-12 months of age, by a licensed Veterinary Cardiologist before being used as a breeder, to make the HCM guarantee valid. The health guarantee against HCM is null and void, if said kitten/cat has not been tested as stated above. Purchaser understands there will not be any monetary refund and that all veterinarian fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser. HCM is a genetic mutation and does not discriminate as to who may develop the mutation. Therefore, testing and monitoring, of all breeding animals is highly recommended. We cannot guarantee that future offspring from this, said cat, will be free of HCM.
All costs with preparing, and shipping a replacement kitten (if needed) as explained above will be paid by the
Purchaser.
Purchaser does understand that sellers make no guarantee about achieving championship titles.
Buyer also agrees to pay all transportation costs associated with transporting and preparing the kittens for their trip if necessary.
Buyer agrees to pay all costs in preparing and shipping the kitten 30 days prior to kitten departure. Any cost that are incurred for shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Buyer agrees to pay an additional $ 700.00, if kitten is to be quarantined at Breeders cattery for an extended time ( 5 months or more ). An itemized list for costs will be given.
Balance will be paid 30 days before shipping or upon pick-up.
* All kittens sold as pets must be neutered or spayed and Veterinarian’s certificate will be provided to seller. Kittens purchased as pet’s, MAY NOT BE BRED. Should the buyer fail to neuter or spay the Kitten/Cat within 6 months of purchase the buyer must pay seller an additional $1500.00 plus all expenses incurred. Upon receiving altered certificate from certified veterinarian the registration will be sent to the buyer.

All disputes regarding this contract, are to be litigated, and governed by the laws and statutes of the county where the Breeder resides at the time of the dispute.
Buyer agrees that this Bengal will never be housed in a run that is less than 6’ high,
10’ wide and 10’ deep. Buyer also agrees that this Bengal will always have safe
entertainment when left alone. Any breech of this contract will void the breeder’s
guarantees.

BALANCE: $ This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this
transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. All disputes regarding this contract are to be

the breeder resides at the time of the dispute.
